• Validate new analytical Biochemistry methods, including ELISA, qPCR, and Biacore.

• Create and release technical documentation, as well as develop verification plans and reports.

• Collect, investigate, and evaluate validation data to identify weak points, successfully implement corrective measures, and monitor their efficiency.

• Coordinate routine Quality Control analytics with Lab Technicians, review the data and results from the Lab

• Manage GMP deviations and OOS/OOE results as needed.

• Engage with customers, partners, and team members from different departments, such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Project Leaders, to ensure flawless execution of projects.

• MSc or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven hands-on experience with ELISA is a must

• Experience with Biacore is a plus

• Experience with analytical method development is a plus

• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a GMP environment is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage.
