Validate new analytical Biochemistry methods, including ELISA, qPCR, and Biacore.
Create and release technical documentation, as well as develop verification plans and reports.
Collect, investigate, and evaluate validation data to identify weak points, successfully implement corrective measures, and monitor their efficiency.
Coordinate routine Quality Control analytics with Lab Technicians, review the data and results from the Lab
Manage GMP deviations and OOS/OOE results as needed.
Engage with customers, partners, and team members from different departments, such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Project Leaders, to ensure flawless execution of projects.
MSc or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven hands-on experience with ELISA is a must
Experience with Biacore is a plus
Experience with analytical method development is a plus
Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a GMP environment is a plus.
Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage.
