Job description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Edit, rewrite, and adjust content from the current BIS website to align with the structure and templates of the new website.
  • Ensure the use of best web practices and the latest usability standards.
  • Create metadata for effective recommendations, email alerts, search functions, and RSS feeds.
  • Migrate content from the existing Content Management System (CMS) to the new solution.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Communications and Content team and the various business areas, especially with the webmasters involved in the migration process.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve content for the new website.
  • Track the progress of content migration.
Requirements:

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in applied communications, English, Journalism, Technical writing, Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' work experience in web-based communications in a multi-channel environment. Proven experience as a content editor, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a banking.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing.
  • Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
