Head of Operations (m/f/d) I Explosive Threat Mitigation

For our international Operations Team, we are looking for you as:

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for GCS’ global mine action operations

• Overseeing day-to-day management and budget of our Operations Department
• Leading our Operations Management Team and interfacing with the rest of GCS
• Regular visits to operational projects and potential project sites
• Providing operational and strategic advice to our CEO

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in military science, business, engineering or similar fields with 10 years management experience
• Track record of several years in mine action services or related industries
• EOD 3 certificate or equivalent qualification
• Experienced in managing mine action Operations with strong people skills
• Strong leadership and people skills and excellent communication skills
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
