Mechatronics Engineer - Advanced Design and Simulation

• Mechatronic Optimization and Motion Control: Apply control principles and dynamic modeling to enhance control systems and optimize mechanical performance.
• Advanced Design: Design, develop, and engineer mechanical systems or components using CAD and CAE software, based on project specifications.
• FEM Analysis and Validation: Conduct static, vibrational, and thermal simulations using FEM to ensure the reliability and performance of mechanical structures.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Develop new solutions to reduce production costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance safety and ergonomics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and industrialization teams to optimize mechanical designs.

• Mechatronics engineering degree (master’s preferred).
• Deep understanding of dynamic systems, control theory, and system optimization for motion control applications.
• Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink and Python for modeling and simulation is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Ansys, Model Order Reduction, Solidedge and Inventor is an asset.
• Strong skills in Italian and English.
