Finance Director

Your responsibilities as a Finance Director:

• Oversee all finance activities, including treasury, tax, compliance, and financial reporting for the Group
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
• Prepare press releases and annual reports
• Manage investor relations
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit readiness
• Oversee relationships with different key external stakeholders including auditors and external partners
• Guide and empower the finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What you bring:

• CPA or ACCA qualification required
• Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, as well as local and international tax regulations
• Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on finance leader with strong business acumen and commercial focus
• Values integrity, transparency, and collaboration in fast-paced, dynamic environments
