Key Responsibilities

As Corporate Controller, you will oversee complex international financial operations. Your responsibilities include managing group-wide reporting cycles, analysing variances, supporting investor communications, and contributing to strategic business initiatives. You'll uphold IFRS standards and continually improve consolidation and reporting processes, working closely with regional teams.

  • Lead the full reporting and forecasting cycle across all business units

  • Analyse variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with local teams

  • Review and challenge local forecasts to ensure accuracy and promote continuous improvement

  • Support cross-functional projects driving organisational growth and transformation

  • Manage monthly group reporting for consolidated and parent company accounts

  • Prepare annual and interim financial statements in full compliance with IFRS

  • Maintain accounting policies and draft technical papers for standard changes

  • Oversee consolidation processes and improve reporting systems and controls

  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews

Your Profile

You bring extensive experience from both a Big 4 audit firm and a large international company, with deep knowledge of IFRS compliance and group consolidation. You work precisely under pressure, navigate ambiguity with ease, and communicate effectively across cultures.

  • CPA qualification with strong expertise in accounting principles and best practices

  • +- 10 years of experience in audit and international corporate finance

  • Up-to-date IFRS knowledge and interest in ongoing global reporting developments

  • Proficiency with Excel and databases for complex data analysis

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with global internal and external stakeholders

  • Fluent in English with cross-cultural awareness

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to prioritisation

  • Independent yet collaborative, with a hands-on, flexible, and improvement-driven mindset
