Security Architect - Junior / Mid-Level (m/f/d)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and progressively take ownership of security design across platforms, applications, and infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to help protect key business operations, while enabling innovation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into architecture responsibilities while continuing to build strong technical expertise.

What to expect
- Support the definition and implementation of security architecture principles and standards
- Contribute to designing secure solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
- Translate business and technical needs into practical and scalable security solutions (with guidance)
- Participate in architecture reviews and basic threat modelling
- Identify potential risks and support remediation activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to embed security into projects and transformations
The skills you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in cyber security, IT security, or infrastructure
- Interest or first exposure to security architecture or design
- Basic to intermediate understanding of key security areas such as:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Network security / foundations of Zero Trust concepts
- Application or API security
- Data protection fundamentals
- Initial experience with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Awareness of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow into an architecture role
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (with support where needed)
