Context & Mission :

You will build and deploy the critical capabilities that Maison L'Occitane en Provence needs to deliver its strategy by designing scalable academies and managing a high-impact learning ecosystem for functional capabilities. You will translate strategic priorities into structured learning roadmaps, ensuring measurable impact on performance, readiness and time-to-competence. Drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement of the global LMS and learning programs.

You will be part of a team leading the global culture and people development agenda for L’Occitane en Provence ( talent management, performance review, leadership, talent acquisition etc.). 

You will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Culture and People Development Director. 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Translate strategic capability priorities into structured learning roadmaps and scalable programs 

  • Establish consistent learning design standards and governance across initiatives 

  • Own governance and evolution of the global LMS, ensuring intuitive learning pathways linked to roles and careers 

  • Drive adoption and engagement through strong stakeholder collaboration and communication 

  • Define and track KPIs to measure learning impact and business relevance 

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective deployment across regions 

  • Contribute to fostering a performance-driven learning culture 

How you can fit :  

  • 5+ years of experience in global learning, capability or talent development positions within an international organization 

  • Previous experience with LMS platforms (governance, deployment) and data analytics tools (e.g. dashboards, reporting tools) 

  • Fluent English required. French is plus. 

  • Proven experience designing and deploying structured learning programs or academies 

  • Exposure to working with senior stakeholders in a complex environment 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills 

  • Ability to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions 

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track KPIs 

  • Structured, pragmatic, delivery-focused and continuous improvement mindset

  • Proactive and solution-oriented with high ownership and accountability
