As a Senior Project Manager at Precipart, you will be working on multiple medical technology projects at one time; anything from a precision sensor application to a 3D printed component for robotic surgery. You’ll enjoy accessibility to senior management and camaraderie with your co-workers. You should be confident in managing engineering and manufacturing projects while cultivating long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
You will have an aptitude for reviewing drawings and comfort in speaking with customers about their technical requirements. You will frequently engage with our global manufacturing team about specific production processes and with the quality department about inspection methods and procedures.
Of course, you might not have all the answers and that’s okay; we will train you to solve even the most complex technical challenges to the benefit of the customer. Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Deep knowledge in manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
- Engineering experience in medical devices is an absolute must, additional experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
- Must be able to read, interpret and create technical drawings and specifications (including GD&T).
- Experience with CAD systems, preferably Solidworks.
- Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A great attitude and a willingness to continue learning.
- Some domestic and international travel.
- Fluent in German and English.
