Xebia Switzerland is looking for a working student (Werkstudent/-in 40%-60%) or Intern (Praktikant/-in 100%) in Business Development. The position is initially for a duration of 4- 6 months, with the possibility of extenion and subsequent full-time employment.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, work with an international team, and support with strategic and operational topics such as:
- Market research, client research and reach-out campaigns
- Preparing and following up on key events and conferences
- Generating marketing material and campaigns in close collaboration with our international team
- Creating appealing presentations for C-level clients, proposals, and events
- Setting up meetings, follow-ups and administrative support
What sets you apart
- Ongoing BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
- Native German and good English skills, as you will need to communicate with global teams
- Highly reliable and responsible, you follow up with the team until you get what you need
- Energetic, sociable, and open-minded, as we host several events in our offices
- Detail-oriented to make sure we haven’t missed those little errors.
- Quickly grasping new concepts, as you will be working with topics in Data, Cloud, AI, Agile, and other Digital sectors
