How you can make a difference:
As an intern in our team, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary research and development team working on the mechanical ventilation challenges of tomorrow. You'll work closely with our experts on further developing an in silico and a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testbench that will be used to evaluate and test various physiological closed-loop control systems.
In your key responsibilities, you will significantly contribute to extending the capabilities of the existing testbenches by programming new simulation features. In collaboration with our medical experts and engineers, you'll also be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating various test scenarios.
This internship contains the following main tasks:
Improving testbenches by programming new simulation capabilities, such as adding additional patient model conditions and additional sensor models.
