Swiss company with international scope is recruiting a Team Leader: Order Processing with fluent German & English. The chosen person will join their site based at 20km from Bern.

Description

The Team Leader Order Processing will be responsible for:

  • Professional and personnel management of the order processing team (3 people).
  • Optimisation of the order processing procedure.
  • Order processing in SAP R/3 from the recording of the customer order to invoicing, including monitoring product availability and coordinating on-time deliveries both domestically and abroad.
  • Preparation of required export formalities (customs documents, letters of credit, Carnet A.T.A., etc.).
  • Telephone and written contact with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, shipping companies, and end customers.
  • Responsibility for supply planning and delivery to the Austrian market.
  • Administrative support for the Area Sales Managers (country price lists, etc.).
  • Handling postal, courier, and other package shipments.
  • Ensuring export compliance.
  • Leading projects to further develop performance in the order processing area.
  • Participation in interdisciplinary projects.
  • Training and supervision of trainees.

Profile

The Team Leader Order Processing will have to meet the following requirements:

  • Completely fluent in German and English (mandatory), knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Basic commercial training / CFC.
  • Completed further training as an external trade manager or export manager with a Federal Diploma is an advantage.
  • Team management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft and experience in SAP SD (module responsibility is an advantage).
