THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
  •  Manage quotas and inventory in the ticketing system and other related applications, overseeing both the initial setup and day-to-day management
  • Support the management and oversight of the inventory and quota planning for selected FIFA tournaments
  • Assist in establishing Ticketing Strategies for selected FIFA tournaments
  • Coordinate with other departments to align and manage Ticketing requirements for FIFA tournaments
  • Prepare and manage inventories for various sales phases throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct quality assurance measures to validate ticket quotas and inventory data in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Generate Ticketing quota and inventory reports as required by internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with the reporting/BI teams to ensure data accuracy is reflected both internally and externally
  • Supports the configuration of stadium seating plans in the ticketing system, performing quality assurance measures and assisting with allocation and seat assignment processes
  • Assists with onsite seat inspection visits to validate seating plans within the ticketing system against the actual venue seating
  • Support general Ticketing operations for FIFA events

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education
  • Specialization or education in analytics and/or data management  
  •  1-2 years of experience in a similar role within Ticketing projects
  • Experience in the sports industry, particularly with large-scale-events
  • Experience in data management and data analytics 
  •  Attention to detail and highly accurate working style
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to different working environments and time zones 
  •  Fluent in English; proficiency in additional FIFA languages (French, Spanish, German) is a plus
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL and BI tools is required
  • Advanced user of collaboration and information platforms, such as Confluence and JIRA
  • Experience in Secutix or other ticketing system 
  •  Willingness to travel as required
