Head of production support formulations

Coordinates and leads the production support department in conformity with Quality and SHE requirements of DSM-firmenich to facilitate the department and production managers to fulfil their business tasks. Be champion for Quality and SHE.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage and further develop the production support team.

• Contribute to the overall site performance.

• Drive continuous improvement in all areas, like OEE, capacity, RFT, SHE and Quality.

• Monitor and assist compliance of the department regarding SHE and Q (incl. ICHQ7) requirements i.e. performing audits, inspections, and data analysis.

• Planning of validation and qualification activities.

• Support Invest projects regarding SHE and Q compliance.

• Manage tolling manufacturing for formulations.

You bring:

• University degree of university of applied sciences specialized in technical engineering, or food technology, or chemistry and business administration.

• Experience in pharma or chemical production.

• Several years of experience as people manager.

• Six Sigma green belt

• Good social competences

• English fluent in speech and writing
