VIP Support Engineer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an immediately / short-term available

• Provide competent and confident hands-on L1&L2 VIP Support within the SLAs
• Troubleshoot complex problems and explain the approach in an suitable way
• Interacting with senior users and handling escalations calls
• Find solutions in cooperation with the specialized IT service partners
• Ensure a smooth process within the service hours
• Make certain that customer (Top Management) expectations are met

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification
• Senior experience in IT support, ideally in the VIP / Top Management area
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as good communication skills
• Confident handling of ticket systems and common IT tools
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information
• Readiness for late working hours schedule to cover the service times in the evening
