At UEFA we manage competitions such as the Champions League, EURO 2028 and Women's EURO 2025. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Business Relationship Manager to join our team at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. As the Business Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the fan-facing websites, games, and apps for our flagship competitions. You will lead a talented team, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of world-class digital experiences for football fans.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, organise and motivate the B2C web, apps & gaming product team to deliver business objectives and key results;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and roadmaps aligned with UEFA's vision and goals;
  • Develop and maintain proactive, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders, fully understanding and anticipating their needs, and the required solutions;
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for UEFA's digital platforms, including the Champions League,

    Women's Champions League, Women's EURO 2025, and EURO 2028 websites, apps and games;
  • Manage and inspire a team of product owners, designers, developers and agencies to deliver high-quality

    digital products on time and within budget;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, user feedback, and technological advancements to continuously improve

    UEFA's digital offerings;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product

    feature launches;
  • Assure and take responsibility for the highest possible standards of product quality;
  • Be the consistent, trusted point of contact for business units. Ensure that requests and requirements are well understood and handled.

Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of user-centric digital product development
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Track record of successfully delivering digital products and business results
