QC Enablement Manager 80-100% (f/m/d)

In our Supplier Enablement Team we need a dynamic and resilient personality experienced in supplier quality initiatives to support supplier development and procurement function, as

Your daily contribution:

• Enable supplier quality by maintaining qualifications, conducting training, and performing inspections.
• Support suppliers in conducting inspections according to standards, including training and documentation.
• Analyze quality notifications and inspection planning; monitor and report on supplier performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and verify corrective measures.
• Participate in supplier audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives (8D, RCA).
• Ensure quality assurance through Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and QC teams for seamless integration.
• Create and maintain training documents and manuals, manage certifications, and handle exceptions.
  

Your Profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, machine mechanic
• Further education in mechanical engineering and/or quality management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
• Experience of working on CMM and/or laser tracker & the procedures will be of advantage
• Trained to perform audits at supplier side
• Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, SAP)
• Sociable and able to work in a team
• Flexibility of international traveling, ca. 10% – 30% mainly in the region EMEA
• Fluent in English and good understanding of German
