About the Role:

Are you an experienced IT support professional with expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM)? We're looking for a highly skilled IT Service Analyst to provide 2nd level IT support, manage IAM requests, and ensure seamless IT services for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide 2nd level support for IT services & IAM administration

? Monitor, report, and analyze SLA performance and incident trends

? Manage incident, request, and problem resolution processes following ITIL standards

? Support VIP/Senior Management with IT and virtual meeting setups

? Assist with Bank-wide tech rollouts, knowledge sharing, and process improvements

? Offer on-call and on-site support outside normal hours when needed

Must-Have Skills:

? Strong IAM support experience (Active Directory, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID)

? ITIL knowledge and problem management expertise

? Excellent communication skills for user and VIP support

? Willingness to work on-call and outside normal hours

Nice to Have:

? Experience with virtual meeting support, hardware staging & repairs

? Exposure to three lines of defense models
