Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

For a pharmaceutical company based in the canton of Bern, we are looking for : an Instrumentation & Electrics Engineer

Temporary position

Tasks:

• Identify and implement process improvements to improve system and manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and maintenance teams
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure GMP compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Support projects and collaborate with design and development teams
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Work closely with the maintenance team leaders and other team members to coordinate maintenance and calibration activities and priorities

Education:

• Diploma in electrical engineering or a title deemed equivalent with additional certification in metrology or calibration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instrument maintenance and calibration
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Proven experience in process improvement, production support and equipment maintenance.
• Good experience in process automation
• English/French (C1), German (B2)
• Excellent planning skills and ability to work independently
