QHSE Manager - Global Service Network (m/f/d)

As the QHSE Manager for the Global Service Network, you will play a critical role in deploying and leading the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) strategy—promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and sustainability across our organization. Your mission is to ensure compliance, license-to-operate, and continuous improvement across more than 100 facilities worldwide within the Accelleron Service Division, with the aim of achievingand exceedingcustomer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.You report to the Global Head of Service Operations and collaborate closely with Accelleron Group functions in Quality, HSE, and Sustainability, as well as with peers leading Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within the Service Network. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategy implementation: Translate the global Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) strategy into actionable initiatives, ensuring effective execution in line with the Global Service Division’s and Service Operations’ vision and goals. Provide regular reports to the Head of Global Service Operations and Division Management on QHSE performance, risks, and improvements.
  • Leadership: Provide functional leadership to a global network of approximately 20 QHSE Managers across the Service Network. Offer strategic direction, foster knowledge sharing, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Certification and compliance: Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of global ISO certifications (including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001) in close collaboration with Global Process Owners (GPOs). Ensure sustained compliance with international quality and safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Supports effective management of QHSE-related risks by offering guidance and input to the Division leadership team during key business decisions. Oversee the risk management processes related to service network activities at local levels, ensuring alignment with global standards. Ensures the quality and effectiveness of these processes at the operational level. 
  • Audit program: Lead the external audit program in coordination with the certifying body. Manage the internal audit program for the Service Division, including the network of globally distributed internal auditors. Ensure all service sites meet and maintain the required standards.
  • Integrated Management System & Strategic Initiatives: Own and oversee the ongoing development of service-specific components of Accelleron’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Embed QHSE requirements into day-to-day operational processes to ensure integration into core business activities. Simplify and automate QHSE processes to drive reliable, monitored conformity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with Accelleron’s Group QHSE, HSSE, and Sustainability functions, as well as peers in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence. Align strategic priorities, ensure governance, and support execution through cross-functional collaboration.

Your background:

  • A degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) across multiple sites and regions, ideally in a global or industrial environment
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, familiarity with ISO 14001 is a plus.NEBOSH Diploma is an advantage
  • Strong practical expertise in QHSE risk management, hazard identification, and incident investigation
  • Fluent in English (C1+); proficiency in German (B2) is an advantage
  • Structured and systematic working style with a strong focus on risk-based thinking and decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
