Engineer Supporter - Process Management/Diagnostics/GMP/Development Process

We are seeking a skilled Engineer / Process Supporter to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting product development processes within highly regulated environments. The perfect candidate has a university degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences or Engineering as well as first experience and good technical understanding of product development processes within a highly regulated environment (working experience or internship).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Guided and optimised processes for system and assay development projects, focusing on Requirements, Risk, Configuration, and Verification & Validation Management
• Supported multi-level requirement translation through structured Requirements Management
• Led detailed risk assessments using documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional input
• Maintained risk and requirement databases, ensuring consistency across projects
• Delivered high-quality, timely documentation for risks and requirements
• Set up and managed Configuration Management in complex projects
• Acted as Verification Manager, overseeing planning, training, and reporting
• Managed project interactions with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in Life Sciences, Natural Sciences or Engineering
• Some experience and sound technical understanding of product development in regulated environments
• Database experience preferred
• Knowledge of Risk, Requirements, Configuration, Defect or Verification Management is a plus
• Diagnostics industry and GMP environment experience is an advantage

Languages:

• German fluency is a plus
• English fluency (C1 / C2 Level)
