Your responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing Microsoft D365 Finance modules, focusing on areas such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, and bank management
  • Support process enhancements and workflow optimizations in D365 Finance to improve efficiency in financial reporting, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Help with daily financial tasks within D365, provide ad-hoc financial guidance to end-users, and support financial transaction processing and budgeting configurations
  • Ensure seamless integration of finance functionalities with other D365 modules like Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Accounting
  • Work with external consultants and vendors for updates, new feature rollouts, and best practices in D365 Finance
  • Actively contribute to ERP finance-related projects, supporting key phases like requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
  • Assist in generating management reports and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and activities within Microsoft D365 ERP

Your skills
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field; certifications in Microsoft D365 or ERP project management are advantageous
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 ERP, especially within finance modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Configuring and managing D365 Finance modules, handling financial data, workflows, and reporting, with a focus on general ledger, fixed assets, and budgeting
  • Solid understanding of financial processes within D365 and the ability to support workflows, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on module functionality
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, paired with effective communication skills for translating D365 financial data insights to stakeholders
  • Basic ERP project management skills, along with the capacity to manage multiple financial tasks and problem-solve within the D365 environment
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
