E-COMMERCE PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS SPECIALIST 100%

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Own the end-to-end analysis and reporting of eCommerce performance across all regions.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for global stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities through deep-dive analysis of traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior data.

KPI Standardization & Governance:

  • Aggregate and standardize eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics across markets.
  • Ensure consistency in definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices aligned with global business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with global eCommerce, marketing, product, IT, and operations teams to align analytics insights with business strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external analytics or marketing agencies.

Technical Implementation & GTM Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal developers to ensure accurate data collection and tagging.

Strategic Insights & Optimization:

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Recommend and track A/B tests, personalization strategies, and UX improvements based on performance data.

Profile

  • 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital performance reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) and Excel.
  • Experience with GTM, data layers, and web tagging best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Professional requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for driving data-informed decisions in a fast-paced digital environment.

Languages

In addition, you are fluent in English, additional language such as German and/or French is optional.
