HVAC Plant Engineer

Your Mission :

As an HVAC Plant Engineer, you will play a key role in the technical and operational management of HVAC systems within a pharmaceutical production site. You will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and performance requirements.

Your Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute small to medium-scale technical projects: feasibility studies, process calculations, optimizations, and facility modifications.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance of HVAC systems, guaranteeing availability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and external service providers.
• Use SAP for order management, capacity planning, and technical-commercial follow-up.
• Monitor and adhere to allocated budgets (maintenance, investments, modifications).
• Update technical documentation (P&ID, installation plans, bill of materials) in compliance with GMP standards.
• Train production and maintenance teams on processes, safety, hygiene, environmental standards, and quality (GMP).

Your Profile :

• University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• English fluent (German or French an asset)
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnological production environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of GMP standards.
• Proficiency in COMOS and SAP is a strong asset.
