Administrative SAP Expert 80-100%

For our client, a global healthcare leader with modern offices in the canton of Zug, we are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Expert with strong SAP and IT expertise. This position supports a global digital transformation program within the commercial domain and covers a maternity leave for the next 6 months, with possible extension based on project needs.

Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following task areas:

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within the Customer Service (Commercial) function
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Validate SAP SD module functionality against business requirements, including integration with Supply Chain Systems
• Identify and document system gaps or defects and support tracking of their resolution
• Act as a key point of contact in daily meetings and defect triage sessions
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the test phase

Profile

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:

• Solid background in SAP environments, ideally with several years of hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of IT systems and testing processes, particularly in UAT coordination
• Professional experience in administrative roles with an independent and hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels
• High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
