IWS Process Lead (m/f/d)

Position

In this versatile role you are responsible for continuous improvement in production by analyzing production processes and finding solutions with the experts on site. You will also monitor the production-relevant key figures for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture.

Responsibilities

As the IWS Process Lead, you will…

  • be responsible for creating reports, process standards and analyses based on large pools of data on production processes and finding solutions with a team of experts
  • identify the causes of recurring losses and develop appropriate problem-solving strategies and standards to permanently eliminate them and sustainably increase efficiencies
  • help in shaping the cultural change towards more autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production area
  • support and coach colleagues in solving problems on the machines and systems, including taking on the role of line expert for Initial Problem Solving (IPS), Unified Problem Solving (UPS) and Standard Work Processes (SWP) as well as data analysis using appropriate data analysis tools and the RTT Accelerator tool
  • together with the Cell Lead, develop quarterly plans and targets

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business administration education, ideally with further training at HF/FH level and/or an Engineering Degree
  • 1-2 years professional experience in handling analytical tools and processing and evaluating large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM) is an asset
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel / Power BI) and ideally SAP experience
  • Precise and accurate working style, strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a te
