Operations Graduate

What you can expect

  • Rotational assignments across key operations functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics) to build end-to-end understanding of plant and value-stream performance.

  • Ownership of improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma to deliver measurable results (e.g., OEE, throughput, scrap, lead time, cost).

  • Cross-functional collaboration leveraging ERP data, standard work, and CI tools to drive data-based decisions and sustainability of gains.

  • Provide a first line of response to relevant queries from internal and external contacts

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility

  • Mentorship, regular performance feedback, and development with exposure to senior operations leaders.

Your ideal profile should include

  • Master’s degree in engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline (such as industrial economics, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or automation)
  • Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
  • Initiative and strong communication skills

  • Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development

  • Fluent in local language and English

  • First-hand experience in project management is a plus
