International Business Manager
Zug, Switzerland (alternative: Copenhagen, Denmark)
The purpose of the International Business Manager role at SCT is to identify new markets for Cardioplexol outside of Europe, to support the company’s international growth and strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing the full market access cycle, from analysis of the markets to identifying & managing partners. The International Business Manager contributes to Abacus Medicine’s mission of making Cardioplexol available and accessible in as many international markets as feasible. The scope of the role covers all markets outside of Europe (International). The scope of the role includes market analysis, segmentation and prioritization, defining an execution roadmap, and managing contacts with partners and customers.
- Analysis of potential markets outside of Europe including market access feasibility.
- Validate the potential of Cardioplexol by country/region considering regulatory and patent specifications.
- Define a segmentation map considering market potential and technical/access metrics.
- Define entry strategies in the prioritized markets including partner profile.
- Initiate contacts with potential partners and customers and coordinate contract negotiations
- Coordinate product support between internal functions and external partners (Regulatory, Marketing & Medical)
- Manage established partners and monitor business performance in the markets
Swiss Cardio Technologies: 4 colleagues based in Switzerland. 1 colleague based in Copenhagen.
Internal stakeholders:AMP functions, Legal, Regulatory/Technical services, Marketing, Medical
External stakeholders: Partners, Customers.
Qualifications
- University degree in natural sciences, business administration, or related field.
- Scientific and business knowledge & experience of the International Pharmaceutical industry
