Within our Global Market Access organization, we ensure sustainable access and competitive positioning across diverse healthcare systems. To further strengthen our global pricing excellence and tender capabilities, we are looking for a Global Pricing and Tender Management Specialist.

The Global Pricing and Tender Management Specialist plays a central role in driving pricing transparency, governance, and commercial discipline across global markets.
The mission of the role is to support the development and execution of global pricing frameworks and to strengthen structured, value-driven tender participation across institutional and public procurement channels.
By combining analytical pricing expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare funding mechanisms, this role ensures that pricing decisions balance competitiveness, profitability, and long-term strategic positioning.
Working within the Global Market Access function and in close collaboration with Finance and regional teams, the role contributes directly to margin optimization, sustainable revenue growth, and disciplined pricing execution across the mylife Diabetes Care portfolio.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks
  • Manage global price corridor governance, monitoring compliance across markets and conducting global price benchmarking and variance analyses to ensure alignment with strategic pricing objectives
  • Identify price improvement and margin optimization opportunities, recommending portfolio and pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and long-term profitability
  • Assess and mitigate pricing risks, including international reference pricing impacts, cross-border spill-over effects, and competitive price erosion
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for pipeline and lifecycle products, performing price sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling to support data-driven strategic decisions
  • Translate complex pricing analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and affiliates, supporting transparent and fact-based decision-making
  • Act as an active member of the International Tender Excellence Taskforce, contributing to maintain the Global Tender Repository, providing tender support tools, and best-practice frameworks
  • Support affiliates in preparation for key national and regional tenders, conducting pricing simulations and bid risk assessments
  • Provide strategic input into pricing and tender negotiation strategies, equipping local teams with robust, data-driven argumentation and financial impact scenarios
  • Monitor and consolidate competitive pricing intelligence and tender dynamics, proactively identifying commercial risks and growth opportunities
Your profile
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Pricing, Tender Management, Commercial Excellence or Market Access within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Hand on experience in pricing modelling, financial analysis, and business case development
  • Solid understanding of public procurement in EU, Canada and Australia: funding models, access pathways, and procurement processes and tenders
  • Experience with price benchmarking and margin analysis
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Confident stakeholder management skills in a global, matrix organization
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or pricing tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Travel 10%
