Manufacturing Process Development Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Development Laboratory Technician to support our Manufacturing Engineering and R&D teams in experimental work, process qualification, and troubleshooting activities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute chemical, physical, and mechanical analyses, including environmental testing
  • Set up, install, and run experiments for development and root-cause analysis
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings accurately
  • Support development and improvement projects across ME and R&D
  • Develop and refine internal test methods and standards
  • Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards

Your Profile

  • Completed education as Chemistry or Physics Laboratory Technician (EFZ) or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in R&D environments, particularly in chemical/physical labs
  • Strong knowledge of chemical and material analytical techniques
  • Independent, precise, and structured working style
  • High quality orientation and service-minded attitude
  • Team player with good communication skills and integrity
  • Fluent in German; intermediate English required
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Minitab, Matlab, or CAD is a plus
