Job DescriptionIn this position you work in close collaboration with the Project Construction Managers (PCM) within the Construction & Commissioning Team and support them to establish:
- Erection plans for the relevant project execution, considering HSE, quality, time and cost
- Resource planning and organizing third-party personnel for the projects, incl. conclusion of contracts (PO)
- Preparation & analysis of Arrangement & Erection Drawings, Lifting Plans, Schedules, Sketches and other plans
- Specification and procurement of installation packages and tools
- Regular reporting and providing administrative support to PCM's
- Identify deviations as well as risks and act proactively
- Creation and adaptation of documents and templates
- Development and coordination of business review reports in conjunction with PCM's
Qualifications- Technical
- Preferred experience in plant erection (incl. planning, arrangement drawings, schedules using the relevant tools), preferably in large industrial plants
- Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
- Ability to identify complex, multilevel problems early and find creative solutions, even if not all necessary information is available
- Proactive high-level planning skills based on analysis
- Ability to work independently and solution oriented
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft, Auto Cad, P5 and MS Project, Navisworks
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
