Tender Layout Engineering Manager

• Overall responsibility for the plant layout during orientation / acquisition and tender phase of large EPC projects
• Takes ownership of delivering engineering projects on time and with high quality, actively addressing any gaps and ensuring smooth interfaces.
• Establishes information exchange concept and ensuring the exchange of all necessary layout data with third parties (customers, consortium partners and suppliers) for the entire tender project
• Prepares layout concept of the complete plant (process engineering, construction, electrical instrumentation and control, logistics, etc.)
• Collaborates in the preparation of the plant concepts e.g. maintenance concept, traffic management, escape routes and implementing them in in the layout
• Coordinates designs and interfaces with other disciplines such as process-, steel structure- and civil engineering, manages and executes layout reviews

• At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering for large EPC projects
• Solid project execution background, complementing problem-solving mindset and efficient performance, experience in steel structure design, electrical layout engineering and civil engineering
• User knowledge of engineering tools: E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit (RG) and profound knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD methodology
• BIM methodology awareness and knowhow (desired)
• Fluent in English, any other language(s) welcomed
