Job Description

Asset Compliance Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant operation and maintenance of Renewable Gas assets. This role combines technical leadership in asset operations with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will ensure assets operate at optimal performance levels, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold environmental and safety standards. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Operations & Maintenance Oversight 
  • Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Standards 
  • Leadership & Coordination 
  • Risk Management: assessment and incident response

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA or CAS in Economics and/or certifications on PMP/IPMA is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, construction and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a relevant role, ideally within the renewable energy or Waste-to-Energy sectors
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in asset management systems, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance tools. Experience with renewable gas or WtE technologies is preferred
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international regulatory standards related to environmental protection, safety, and energy production (EU) are a plus
  • Leadership Skills and Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated experience managing teams, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Language Skills: business fluent in English, German and Italian is advantage
