Help us to grow and take ownership in this role as Manager Operational Procurement 100% (f/m/d).

Your daily contribution:

Act as a contact person for external suppliers and interface with project management, engineering, production, internal sales, quality and logistics
Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies (incl. NCR Communication), and maintain strong relationship with suppliers
Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals
Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services

Your Profile:

Bsc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain
Knowledge of market research and procurement best practices
Fluency in English and German
Self-driven personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
