• Operational Excellence: Responsible for driving continuous improvement within the IT group in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Controlling: Leads IT financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and expense control, with support from IT internal stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Leads IT internal risk management by collecting and tracking risks with IT internal stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Ensures regular communication with IT stakeholders and drives Kanadevia Inova internal IT marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, operational excellence, and financial controlling
• Proficiency in communication and dealing with international structures at all levels
• Very good language skills in English, German advantageous
