As we optimize demand planning, order fulfillment, and supplier collaboration, we are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to improve end-to-end supply chain performance, ensuring agility, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will drive demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and supplier performance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational excellence. Working closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, you will enhance supplier collaboration, improve on-time delivery (OTD), and streamline supply chain processes using lean principles.

Your Challanges
  • Enhance cross-functional alignment between demand planning, production, and procurement.

  • Implement data-driven forecasting models and optimize supply plans to balance inventory and service levels.

  • Improve on-time delivery (OTD) and order cycle efficiency through process enhancements.

  • Oversee daily supplier interactions, ensuring on-time material availability, quality compliance, and performance tracking.

  • Optimize inventory levels with lean principles like Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban, and safety stock strategies.

  • Work closely with strategic suppliers, ensuring reliability, risk mitigation, and alignment with business needs.

  • Drive efficiency by leveraging ERP (SAP preferred), forecasting tools, and supplier portals for visibility and responsiveness.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier delays, capacity constraints, and market disruptions.

Your Profile
  • 5+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or supplier management, ideally in manufacturing or electronics.

  • Strong understanding of supplier performance metrics, sourcing strategies, and supplier negotiations

  • Hands-on experience with S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization

  • Background in Lean Supply Chain, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred), forecasting tools, and supply chain analytics

  • Ability to lead cross-functional supply chain projects and drive measurable improvements.

  • Strong collaboration skills with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed transformation environment

  • This is a Europe-based role that involves regular business travel.

Our Offer
  • A high-impact role in a company transforming its global supply chain

  • International collaboration with suppliers and internal teams

  • A lean-driven, process-improvement culture where you can make a measurable impact

  • Career growth in a dynamic, performance-driven organization

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
