What you'll do:

• Be the go-to hero for all things IT-troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving issues (1st & 2nd level) via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals-if it plugs in, you'll make it work.
• Keep our knowledge base and documentation sharp and up to date, sharing wisdom with users and colleagues alike.
• Help monitor support KPIs and SLAs, always looking for ways to make our processes even better.
• Train users and onboard new support team members-spread the IT gospel!
• Grow into a leadership role: step up as Service Desk Lead and help shape the future of our support team.

What you bring:

• Completed training as an ICT specialist (extra points for further IT qualifications)
• Solid grasp of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software
• Experience with IT service management tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow) and frameworks (ITIL)
• Analytical, independent, and structured approach to work
• Strong social skills and a knack for clear communication
• Excellent German and English (spoken and written)
