Your mission:

• Perform all pull activities for stability studies: prepare documents needed for the pull and login and receive samples in LIMS.
• Perform all staging activities: from prepare documentation needed for the staging, collect data in iLab system to organize storage of boxes in stability chamber in close collaboration with different departments.
• Support for sample management process improvement.
• Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations.
• Support the team in further area when needed

For our client, one of a leading pharma company, we are looking for a Stability Coordinator:

Location: Basel

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: May 2026 (1 year)

Workload: 100% pensum

Languages: English

Your profile:

• Profound experience in perfoming pull activities for stability studies
• Experience in working with iLab system
• Team player and communicative person
• Fluency in English (verbally and written)
