Senior SAP Authorizations Specialist (80-100%)

We support a leading company in the financial sector in Zurich in recruiting an experienced SAP Authorizations Specialist to join their Technology, Infrastructure & Operations team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining global SAP and third-party authorization solutions in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner.

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of SAP authorization frameworks and related third-party systems
• Gather business and technical requirements to create tailored solutions, managing changes throughout the full lifecycle
• Ensure all authorization solutions comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing technical and procedural enhancements to streamline authorization management
• Provide expert support for troubleshooting, incident management, and serve as 3rd-level support for end users

• At least 10 years of solid experience in SAP authorization design, implementation, administration, and support—preferably within the finance domain
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various business stakeholders and manage high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Passionate about developing automated, efficient, and transformative authorization solutions
