Reporting to the CTO, the role sits within a distributed engineering team across EU time zones, with the option of hybrid work from their centrally located Zürich office.

Software Engineer
You will:
- Design and implement robust full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and NestJS
- Lead backend service development with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kafka
- Collaborate on architectural decisions for microservices and event-driven systems
- Contribute to DevOps workflows using Docker, CI/CD, and container orchestration tools
- Support API design and documentation aligned with OpenAPI standards
You bring:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a backend focus
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, NestJS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Educational background in STEM, or equivalent certifications
