Our client is an independent not-for-profit R&D center and venture builder that partners with top-tier clinical and research institutions in Switzerland and internationally. The vision is set to transform the lives of people with neurological and mental health disorders by leveraging artificial intelligence to create patient-/human-centric medical devices and therapies.
To reach this vision, we are searching for a strong leadership personality who can mobilize and funnel collaboration towards the development of medical products that address unmet clinical needs.

Your key responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership – you set the direction for the medical affairs strategy to effectively transform medical and technical research into concrete use-cases
- Team leadership – you orchestrate a strong team of 10-15 employees with backgrounds in neurobiology/-engineering, software engineering, AI & algorithm as well as clinical regulatory experts that execute several R+D projects
- Clinical collaboration – you foster strong partnerships with leading university hospitals in Switzerland and internationally; you identify unmet clinical needs for patient-centered innovation enhanced by AI and ensure regulatory compliance
- Scientific contribution – yourepresent the program at scientific, clinical and investor meetings and contribute scientific outputs with the possibility to empower students through lectures at the University of Geneva
Your profile:
- MD or PhD in a relevant biomedical field
- Multi-disciplinary experience in neurology/neuroscience and/or psychiatry, medical devices and AI
- 10+ years in clinical practice with focus on translational research (development of use cases)
- Fluency in English, proficiency in French is highly desirable
