Security Engineer (f/m))

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, XDR, IAM, encryption, etc.

  • Monitor systems and networks for security incidents and respond to threats in a timely and structured manner

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests; ensure identified risks are mitigated effectively

  • Support the development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures

  • Collaborate with IT, Cloud, Application, and Automation teams as well as external partners to integrate security into system architectures and operations

  • Assist in incident response, forensic investigations, and root cause analysis

  • Stay informed about emerging threats and evolving security technologies

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field

  • Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, OSCP, GIAC, Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert) are a strong plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or IT security operations

  • Solid technical knowledge of network, application, and cloud security

  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention, and endpoint protection tools

  • Proficiency in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident handling

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS-2, GDPR, etc.)

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage

  • Experience in an international or industrial environment is preferred
