Maintenance Manager
Your Contribution
  • Ensures the maintenance of production equipment in order to guarantee output that meets customer requirements within optimal timeframes and costs.
  • Develops, monitors, and updates the general maintenance plan (frequencies, types of interventions, responsibilities, machine availability).
  • Ensures continuous maintenance and repair of installations, giving priority to critical machines.
  • Performs failure analyses and implements the necessary corrective actions.
  • Coordinates internal maintenance activities according to production needs.
  • Organizes and monitors contracted interventions and external service providers.
  • Documents and controls completed maintenance activities.
  • Monitors the development of the machine fleet (numbering, machine files, location, equipment).
  • Oversees technical building installations and safety systems.
  • Manages spare parts, consumables, and supplier relationships.
  • Optimizes the maintenance budget.
  • Manages a team of 10 technicians (organization, prioritization, development).
  • Ensures the implementation of EHS directives and compliance with laws and internal regulations regarding environment, health, safety, and accident prevention.
Your Profile
  • Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic systems
  • Strong planning, organizational, and maintenance coordination skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
  • Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and equipment reliability improvement
  • Hands-on experience implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems (SAP PM is considered an asset)
  • Ability to manage emergency situations and conduct root cause analysis
  • Experience in monitoring and improving maintenance KPIs (equipment availability, reliability, cost control)
  • Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive, and accountable
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
