IT for OT coordinator manager

Responsibilities

Deployment Coordination

• Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
• Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
• Verify prerequisites before go-live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).

Readiness & Cutover

• Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts.
• Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
• Handle escalations and drive GO/NO-GO preparation.

Transition to Operations

• Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing.
• Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
• Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.

Management of IT for OT coordinators in the other regions (RAP & RAM)

• Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
• Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with ITSM practices
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP)
• Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers
• Readiness to travel up to 40%
