Your tasks:
- Leading and overseeing third-party due diligence processes, ensuring thoroughness and compliance
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with third-party engagements, ensuring robust risk management strategies
- Maintaining high standards of documentation quality and completeness in Third-Party Management systems
- Collaborating with third parties to facilitate the exchange of materials and information necessary for due diligence
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the global Third-Party Management process
- Providing expertise and training to operational teams and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business guidance
Your experience/knowledge:
- Previous experience in clinical vendor management or similar roles within clinical research
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research and drug development
- Familiarity with procurement processes and managing external suppliers
- Good understanding of clinical data systems/platforms and integration
- University degree in a life science or health care discipline
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
