We are looking for a highly motivated Management Associate to support the Managing Director in operational steering and performance management, with a development path towards broader operational leadership across Gem Services entities. 

• Support and further develop operational controlling processes and performance monitoring
  
• Prepare KPI dashboards and analyse operational performance
  
• Ensure quality control of non-gemmological operational processes
  
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
  
• Support the alignment and harmonisation of processes and systems across entities
  
• Independently manage internal projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  
• Prepare business analyses, market research, and decision documents
  

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a scientific discipline
  
• Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  
• German and/or French is an advantage
  
• Exposure to controlling, corporate development, or a technology-driven environment is an advantage
  
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
  
• High curiosity and interest in technology and innovation
  
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to execute
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
