HR department Advisor – (50%)
Location : Canton of Valais
Contract : Temporary
Start date : Beginning of July 2025
Tasks :
- Be the point of contact with clients and support all requests from the HR department.
- Develop, manage and update HR indicators and dashboards.
- Provide support in administrative tasks.
- Manage and participate in the development of HR projects and process optimization.
Profile :
- Bachelor of Business Administration or title deemed equivalent.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a Human Resources administration.
- Fluent in English, with German being a strong asset.
- Proactive and client-focused person.
- Excellent team spirit and writing skills.
