At our site in Freienbach, we are looking for you as:
Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all administrative and organizational tasks to support our expanding corporate office activities
- Assist our Executive Management Team with various tasks, including organizing workshops and other events
- Oversee office management duties for our Freienbach office, ensuring smooth operations
- Prepare presentations, announcements and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements incl. tool trainings to our Executive Management Team
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive and flexible approach to work
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Valid driver’s licence category B
