Your Impact
As our Manager Technical Sales – Distribution Partners you are responsible to drive adoption of Speedgoat products together with our distribution partners.
You manage the entire sales process including regional account planning, prospect qualification, proof of concept delivery, and value justification, all in close collaboration with the technical teams at our distributor companies and the team at Speedgoat.
You support the sale of tailored real-time testing and simulation hardware solutions and related services to both new and existing customers. You understand the customer’s engineering language, absorb highly technical material and concepts, and clearly communicate verbally and in writing the hardware solutions you propose with our products.
- Team Management – Lead and support the technical sales team for distributors and at distributors. Set clear goals, provide guidance and support, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability to achieve optimal performance and the set goal.
- Develop Distributor Relationships - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential distribution partners. Act as the main point of contact, providing ongoing support, communication, and engagement to ensure distributor satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Sales Enablement & Market Adoption - Equip distributors with professional sales collaterals and messaging strategies and support them in building a professional market presence. Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions to enhance distributor capabilities. Assist distributors in overcoming technical challenges and inquiries during the sales process.
- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies with distributors to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions. Monitor distributor performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to optimize growth. Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to align distributor activities with company goals.
- Market Intelligence & Development - Gather market insights to identify trends and customer needs, and to understand the competitive landscape. Expand the distribution network in markets with substantial potential. Provide feedback to the innovation frontend and marketing teams to adapt products and strategies based on market requirements. Continuously assess and refine sales processes, tools, and distributor support strategies to drive efficiency and results.
- Regional Presence – Attend regional events, trade shows, and conferences together with our distribution partners. Provide on-site or online support to distributors for critical sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field of study.
- Familiarity in any of the following technical domains is a plus: Control designs, embedded controllers, hardware-in-the-loop simulation, model-based design, MATLAB® & Simulink®
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English language. Additional language skills are a plus.
