Based at our sites in Marin, we are currently looking for a:
Junior Data Analyst
with knowledge of ERP systems to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Global IT Manager and support data-driven decision-making by analyzing business and operational data from systems such as SAP ERP and other enterprise platforms.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reports that support strategic and operational decisions.
Your Key responsabilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems such as SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as SAP Analysis Cloud (SAC), SAP BW Analysis, Power BI or similar BI platforms.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and implement improvements to ensure reliable reporting.
- Support data extraction and transformation processes using tools such as SAP BW Extractors, SQL or Microsoft Excel.
- Document data sources, reporting logic, and analytical methodologies.
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as SAC or Power BI.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, classification, regression) and their application in business contexts is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Python, R, Azure AI, or similar) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of business and financial processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages may be a plus).
